Lu Yi, Sun Zhichao and Yang Chengbin
Taking a hotel building in Yibin city of Sichuan Province as an example, briefly describes the cooling and heating loads of air conditioning system, the heating load of domestic hot water and its annual operation. Based on the local electricity and gas price, compares the initial investment and operation cost of air-source heat pump heat recovery units with those of the traditional system of gas boilers and water-cooled chillers. Analyses the influence of the price of electricity and gas on the static investment payback period. Puts forward a calculation method of the boiler COP considering the electricity price, gas price and boiler efficiency, which is convenient for the calculation of operation cost and comparison and selection of schemes. The results show that in the hotel building, the air-source heat pump heat recovery unit has good economy as the heat source of air conditioning and domestic hot water systems.
